Stroke Care

Established in 2002, Stroke Care is an award winning registered charity based in Southwark, London.

Its work focuses on prevention of strokes by working closely with other agencies to raise awareness in local communities, as well as rehabilitation services and support to improve the quality of life of those affected by stroke, and other related debilitating ill health.
